B&B Hotel Milano Sant'Ambrogio

The room - Clean, spacious and air con was amazing. So cool I had to turn it down at times. The shower - must have been designed by a women as it had both low and high shower heads. Exactly what you need! If you know, you know. The shop inside where you can either pay directly or add to your bill at the end. It's amazing when you've finished a long journey and just want a snack, drink, coffee etc. Without having to leave the premises I didn't use it but a lounge with games and entertainment for younger ones. I thought this was an excellent idea. Self check in and buying a room without assistance from a human. Room rates were reasonable and great if you need to book somewhere on a whim. The fact you didn't need a key and could use a code. One less thing to lose. Staff were really friendly and accommodating Breakfast had the best selection I've seen since staying in Italy. Really nice atmosphere, attentive staff and great selection of savoury and sweet. I'm sure it caters for everyone. Luggage room - you can leave your luggage as long as you like and get it later if you so choose. Brilliant service.

Great location. We reached the hotel from Milan Central Station by metro M2 and used taxi for absolutely reasonable price from hotel to Central station. We didn’t use any public transport or taxi during our 4 days in Milano. Everything was so closed and we walked a lot every day. What about the hotel. So very pleasant atmosphere and room. We liked every details in our room which was on 1st floor with very nice balcony and nice view. The hotel is in lovely location - quiet area with very good pavements and green spots. In our opinion this is the one of the best part in Milan. We found very close to the hotel amazingly beautiful shops, cafes, pasties, libraries and of course absolutely delicious small pizzas and other delightful bakery products. We would like to say thank you very much for our great stay in your hotel 🤗.

The hotel is comfortable & in a nice neighbourhood - quiet - but cafes & bars within ten min walk. Staff very friendly & check in was easy. With luggage storage for our last day. The little communal roof terrace with shady seating was a real bonus for our stay. There are common areas inside too. Adjacent to the breakfast room and if you have work to do the Wi fi signal was great.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, specially Elaiksa. They made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our stay in Italy. She provided some items we needed on the trip like an iron and a lighter very quickly.

I liked the philosophy of this place, the friendliness of the staff, the value for money.
